Morning Zoom Class Updates – Last class THIS Friday
Ashley Hagen | DEC 21, 2022
I hope this message finds you well!
I am so grateful for the wonderful community we have cultivated through a simple daily morning Zoom yoga practice – Morning Movement & Meditation. It's one my favorite times of the day.
Today I'm coming to you with an update on the timing of my maternity leave and what to expect moving forward for the morning movement & meditation and other Zoom classes.
If you are not yet aware, baby boy #2 is due January 20 (one month!), but could arrive really anytime in January. It's at this point I need to be prioritizing extra sleep and comfort.

I'm taking off next week as "holiday break" and then I will not be leading any live streaming Zoom classes in January as I prioritize rest and relaxation in preparation for baby delivery. Then I'll recover for a few weeks after our little guy arrives. 😴
☀️ I will be back teaching yoga on Zoom sometime in February OR March. ☀️
I am not able to tell you and exact dates as to when I'll be back to leading 6am PST morning Zoom yoga, but I hope to be back as soon as the timing feels right. It's also in my eventual plan to add other varieties and times Zoom yoga classes, including a simple vinyasa flow class and yoga sculpt (more of a workout style). I am looking forward to expanding my online yoga class offerings in 2023.
New and big things are coming for 2023, but please be patient for these next couple months as I learn to navigate a schedule that works well with a newborn and a 4 year old.
Here are some options to keep up your practice with me in the meantime (if you'd like!):
1. Access the library of morning movement & meditation class replays – 1 month for $25
2. Join the monthly membership at $25/month auto-payments for continued access to the replays. If you are a current member and would like to cancel for the time-being, you can do so in the "user dashboard" on the top right of the screen on my offeringtree website.
3. Practice along with my past yoga classes replays on YouTube – see the playlist.
It's comments and messages I receive like the ones below that make me excited to get back to teaching Zoom yoga classes:
"Your energy early in the a.m. is real and the length of the class is just right."
"I am determined to start working on my mental and physical health again, and commit to my self and my yoga and mindfulness practices. It's an amazing start to the day, and helps me remember why I love yoga :)"
"Your class has motivated me to continue with a regular morning routine. It's like having an accountability partner. "
"It has had a huge impact on me physically and mentally. I couldn’t sit for 10 minutes and meditate for anything. Now I love it. I attend every chance I get."
"I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & this helps me to warm up & the morning stiffness I often experience is so much less starting with your class."
"I leave class feeling less achy and the daily affirmation helps set a positive mindset for the day. "
Last update and announcement – If you are you a yoga teacher looking to improve your business building skills and interested in the strategy side of my Zoom yoga classes, or just curious about WHY I teach this class and love it so much, check out The 5 Lessons I've Learned from Teaching Zoom Yoga for 3 Years. Scroll down on that page to access the webinar training on the strategy behind my Zoom yoga classes. I also have availability to book 1:1 yoga business coaching calls through the first week of January.
Sign up for morning 6am PST Zoom class (observe or participate) at any time within the next few days. I'll miss you all while I'm away! 🙏🏼
Thanks for all your support and encouragement!
